In this pandemic-era, taking care of our health is more important than ever before.

Even before COVID-19 made its debut, our world was suffering from severe health crises. High blood pressure, obesity, diabetes, heart attacks, strokes… these cardiometabolic diseases are all set on the foundations of poor artery health.

Cardio, meaning heart. Metabolic, meaning the chemical processes within the body required for life.

Your arteries are the lifelines for everything your body does: and that's why it is important that they are in a state of harmony with the rest of your body. Even diseases that are not strictly cardiometabolic, like COVID-19, have been much more devastating to those who suffer from any forms of cardiometabolic diseases. I’m making health education easy and accessible for individuals everywhere, with webinars and trainings, first on health fundamentals and then on the most common cardiometabolic ailments I see daily in my own patients.

As a practicing physician, I see patients daily that are plagued with cardiometabolic diseases: high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, heart attacks and strokes. These conditions cut down on my patients’ quality of life, and more often than not, their quantity of life.
